To make movement more convenient, Ann is experimenting with different walking methods. 

She tries using a single crutch, double crutches, or walking without crutches, relying on her hands to support her legs. It's a challenging journey for her, and the results are not satisfying. 

Perhaps, it will take a considerable amount of time for her to discover a mode of movement that is both comfortable and convenient for her.
